Summer is officially here! I don’t know about you, but after the year we all had quarantined in sweats, I plan to spend more time in a bathing suit near a body of water than in regular clothes. Finding a good bathing suit has always been a challenge though. It’s really hard to find a bathing suit that’s cute, made of good quality, comfortable, and less than $200 (similar to finding a good sports bra). But I have tried on so many different swimsuits and finally found a few brands that make sexy bathing suits for women without breaking the bank. The truth is, a good bathing suit should last you several years so consider it an investment.

After a lot of searching, I’ve rounded up a few bathing suits for women that I own and love. I’ve tried to include a few different styles and price points so there is something for everyone on this list. Here are 7 sexy bathing suits for women just in time for your summer vacation.

Montce
Montce is one of my favorite bathing suit brands of all time. I want every. single. bikini. on their website. I absolutely love their designs, color options, and how their bathing suits fit. You can also mix-and-match tops and bottoms depending on the style you like. The female founder knows how to design high-quality bathing suits that are sexy and feminine without being too risqué — even their one-piece bathing suits are sexy. I love all the little details like the added ruffles and ribbed fabric. And if you like cheeky bottoms to tan your bum, Montce makes my favorite style. I love this particular bathing suit so much I have it in 3 colors! This high-waisted bikini set is great if you want more stomach coverage and the top comes with removable straps so you can also wear it strapless.

Cupshe
Who said one-piece bathing suits aren’t cute? This one-piece by Cupshe comes in so many bright summer colors (although I got mine in army green) and it’s comfortable too. If you want a little more coverage in the summer, this is a great option. The low-cut v-neck and cross straps that tie in the back are flirty enough to consider this a sexy bathing suit.

Becca by Rebecca Virtue
Becca by Rebecca Virtue makes shapely swimsuits that will definitely be on your list of summer essentials. This gorgeous one-piece has front cut-outs and criss-cross straps in the back and it’s super sexy. This swimsuit can also double as a cute top to wear on a hot summer day. Just slip on a pair of jeans and you’re good to go!

PQ Swim
Every island vacation needs a tropical bathing suit to match. I was swooning over this floral print bathing suit when I first saw it. I knew it would be the perfect bathing suit for my Hawaii trip. The crop top can be worn two ways so you can choose between full coverage in the back and a plunging v-neckline or vice-versa. It doesn’t come with padding but since you tie the top you can tie it as tight as you need. The ruched bottoms come in a hipster or Brazilian style (which I prefer) and it’s not too cheeky.

Victoria’s Secret
I’ve had some of my Victoria’s Secret bathing suits for almost 10 years now (like the white one I wore in Reykjavik)! If you want a good solid-colored bathing suit that’s also very inexpensive, Victoria’s Secret is a good place to start. Their bathing suits come in bra sizes which I love, so it’s easy to figure out what size to order. This push-up top has adjustable straps in the back and comes with thick padding. I have the bottoms in two different styles — the Zuma Itsy Bottom and Brazilian bottom which is on clearance for $8! Find me another sexy bathing suit that costs less than $30!
To buy: Top, victoriassecret.com, $20; Bottoms, victoriassecret.com, $8

Mikoh
This soft ribbed bikini doesn’t come with any padding or fancy hardware (i.e. no adjustable straps) but it’s comfortable and cute. Surprisingly, I feel really supported in this bathing suit top because of the thick fabric. I also love the high-waisted bottoms which elongate your legs.
To buy: Top, revolve, $119; Bottoms, revolve, $119

Becca by Rebecca Virtue
Cutout bikinis like this one are perfect for dreamy resort vacations. The bathing suit is made of a light, stretchy nylon fabric but it does run small, so size up if you’re debating between two sizes. It has a back keyhole cutout with adjustable straps and removable padding and it’s a great white one-piece to have in your summer arsenal.
To buy: bloomingdales, $118
